From Ludlow, we headed to Wolfeboro, NH in the lakes region. I'm not sure if it was simply decorated from the holiday earlier in the week or if the town is really always that cute, quaint and patriotic. Either way it was a great town.
We took a boat tour of the GORGEOUS houses on Lake Winnipesaukee.
Including Mitt Romney's summer home. Not too shabby.
Then we said so long to NH and drove up to Rockland, ME for some lobster. Turns out lobster is not my fave but at least I have a photo of myself in the lobster bib. Classic.
Rockland was a great, cute little town but after dinner and some yummy homemade ice cream we moved on down the road to Bar Harbor, ME.
