Hello Seattle

Having lived in Seattle for four years now (where does the time go!?) I finally went to the top of the Space Needle for the first time last night. I had a coupon for the restaurant so I had some dinner while the restaurant twirled us around to get some great views of Lake Union, downtown and Puget Sound. It was a great night to be up there - clear skies, warm weather and fantastic views!
Verdict- its not something I need to do every day but it's worth the trip at least once. The restaurant was fine-the food was decent but over-priced and the service wasn't great but luckily looking out the window was entertaining. Next time I'll probably skip the restaurant and just enjoy the views. It really is a great way to see Seattle.
