A beautiful day...

Last Saturday was a rare and delightful day in Seattle. It was warm, clear and sunny AND I got to see U2 play at Qwest Field. A friend called me about eight months ago to tell me tickets were on sale and asked if I wanted one. Of course I said yes! So the wait for this day was long but well worth it! And the fact that Mother Nature cooperated - icing on the cake!

Lenny Kravitz opened. That man is easy on the eyes...

Here we are waiting for the main event with the crazy 360 degree stage and mass of people behind us.

And as we sat there, waiting for U2 to take the stage, we soaked in the last rays of sun from the day and enjoyed the GORGEOUS view of the city, Puget Sound and the crowds. Heaven.

And then it was showtime!

Hi Bono!

This was my first, but hopefully not my last time seeing U2 live!
