Hurray!

So there I am, lying in bed, blearily attempting to distinguish between reality and the oddities of my most recent dreaming ramblings. It’s too early (for me anyway) to be waking up. My alarm isn’t ringing. But something is pulling me to consciousness. What is that!? It’s warm…but not the artificial warmth I’ve become accustomed to from my vent. What could possibly be the source of that heat!? And what is on my face? Did I leave a light on all night? No, this is different. Finally my curiosity wins out over my sleepiness and I open my eyes. There is an odd presence filling my room. I look at the wall and can see tiny dust particles floating in a beam of light. The site is so unfamiliar; I pinch myself to make sure I’m truly awake. Turns out, I am indeed awake. What is that? Then from the depths of my mind, a familiar notion creeps to the forefront of my thoughts. S U N S H I N E? Is that what it looks like!? It is indeed.
Aaaahhhhhhh!
Wait, the story gets even better. Not only is the sun shining but it’s also supposed to be warm (which is a relative term) today too! 65 degrees. NOT bad for these parts. It’s very exciting. Any bets on how many people wear inappropriate warm weather attire today? It’s OK; it’s all part of the charm of a freakishly nice day such as this.
