Happy Elvis Week!!

You really do learn something new every day. This past weekend I learned that there is such a thing as "Elvis Week". This is a week long celebration that happens every year in the week leading up to the anniversary of Elvis Presley's death. The celebration includes various activities such as tours, cruises, special performances, dinners, etc.

Warning: It takes a special kind of crazy to enjoy this kind of thing. If you're not willing to tattoo Elvis images on your body or invest in Elvis loving license plates or actually alter your appearance to look like Elvis, Lisa Marie or Priscilla or if you don't lean toward a tendency to actually cry at his grave site, you might consider this celebration a little over the top.
