Brad and George

So there I was last night, headed to watch Pirates of the Caribbean at El Capitan on Hollywood Blvd when I realized this was no ordinary evening in the Hollyhood. Molly and I had stumbled upon the premiere of Ocean's 13. We found an opening on the front row of the cattle gate hoping to get a good spot to take a few celeb pictures. We didn't have to wait long before a car pulled up (a silver Saturn…if anyone is interested in the details…) with George Clooney. I fully expected him to wave, shake a few hands in the grand stand they had set up, then head of for the press interviews. Much to my shock and delight he made his way all the way down to us (about 30 feet from the drop off point). I have to admit, this is my first big celeb sighting so I really wasn't sure what to do or what to expect. My hand was on the rail and George reached out and touched my arm. FYI - to any of you who may find yourself in such a situation…reach out your hand, they'll shake it! Oh well…beginners mistake. Anyway, overall impression of George - much shorter and skinnier than I would have imagined and it appears he likes his mystic tan. The next flood of celebs didn't make their way down to us but we did see and get some photos of Bernie Mac, Don Cheatle, Al Paccino, Matt Damon, Casey Affleck, Andy Garcia, etc (I’m sure I'm missing someone fun…). Then to round out the entrance extravaganza, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie arrive. Yes Brad made his way down to us and shook both our hands with a heart-felt and sincere (of course) "Hi. How are you?". I'm not too proud to admit it…I was more than a little star-struck. Overall impression of Brad - just as hot in person as he is on the screen, great skin and he smelled great.
